This exercise is great for working up sixteenth note hand/foot combinations. It is also good for working up your "reading speed"; that is, deciphering 16th note phrases at a quick speed.
Start by taking a one or two bar sixteenth note phrase( I have given some examples here, but ultimately it is good practice to create your own.)
Start by playing continous sixteenths with the hands while accenting the the notes in the phrase.

would be played like this:

where the accents fall in line with the notes written above.
Now instead of playing the accents with the hand, play them with the foot while the hands play all the unnacented notes:

You can also split up the "filler notes" using your toms and snare. In this example I played the hands part between my snare(snares turned off), high tom, and low tom.

Taking the two bar pattern above and applying the sixteenth note "overlay" idea turns the two bars into:
